And now for something a little different.
A ten-piece band from Bristol , Babyhead mash up a mixture of ska, reggae and hip-hop with great aplomb. They are one of the United Kingdom 's fastest growing independent acts whose unconventional approach tells you they aren't your average band . Sticking a dedicated horn section beside infectious heavy dub bass and ska across a hip-hop backbeat t hey have huge energy combined with a unique sound and great showmanship.
In 2007 they released their debut album ‘ Babyboom Town ' and have a second album in the pipeline for 2008. They have played Glastonbury 's Jazz World Stage, Bestival, The Glade and Beautiful days amongst others and have a large and loyal live following.
